Harris Bricken helped us on a couple of international licensing deals and then on a M&A deal involving the sale to a company I owned. I was impressed by how their M&A lawyers handled my deal and especially with how they handled the international law issues inherent in the transaction. This was a very complicated transaction and yet it was always clear to me that they knew exactly what they were doing and were working in my best interests. On top of this, they consistently gave us excellent counsel throughout in a timely manner.

We started working with Harris Bricken at the start of the COVID crisis because we needed international legal help for our PPE and other medical product sourcing needs. Harris Bricken’s international lawyers provided us with due diligence reports on potential suppliers, helped us navigate the legal minefields for getting product from overseas and through U.S. customs, and drafted us contracts to protect us. I give them my highest recommendation.

Dan Harris and his team is a BEAST!
We totally fell in love with their style of resolving legal matters. They helped my company to navigate through a number of manufacturing and contractual matters with Asian partners and got us to a resolutions in our favour. I've been extraordinarily impressed with this law firm. They have helped us with tariff related questions and hiring foreign employees. They are also well connected and given us many valuable people to get additional help from. Everyone I've worked with thus far have been experts in their niches. Highly, highly recommend Tyson Law. Like the other reviews are saying, Mark is very responsive, professional and great to work with. I honestly felt very overwhelmed the entire legal process. My attorney (Dan Kalish) explained the legal process and was able to break it down in layman’s terms. That was helpful and calmed my nerves. Additionally, he communicated with me regularly to let me know about his progress/any updates. I highly recommend them because their expertise, their advice and guidance, their availability, and their compassion. Honestly, my experience with them was excellent!
