When I hired Timothy Emery and had my first meeting with him, he and his team went over his strategy in great detail with me. We ended going over the scheduled time for the call, while he was answering my questions. I never felt rushed to end the call, instead Timothy and his team answered all of myquestions and follow-up questions until I understood everything that I inquired about. He always picks up the phone when I call him, or when he is unavailable he will call me back as soon as he is available the same day. He is the best lawyer that I have had the pleasure to work with! He actually cared about my case and that he fought hard for me.

Mr Tim and everyone at this law firm has been amazing and professional. They have an eye for things I had no idea were very important. They are also the only law firm to ever help me, as I am someone diagnosed with Autism. Most law firms I have spoken with have shooed me away due to my Autism but not this law firm. I realize not everyone will have the same experience I have had with Emery Reddy but I recommend to give them a chance and to have everything ready when you talk to them.

Incredibly patient and understanding even when I am in so much pain that I can hardly stand being alive and get super grouchy. I know my case isn't the easiest, but they have all worked so very hard at getting me what I need to heal after my work-related injuries. Thank you!

I am at the very beginning of my process involving a shoulder injury that happened at work. Working for the nation's fifth largest retailer, they have their own claims adjusters, and it truly feels like a David and Goliath situation. They are prone to bully me into signing things and trying to place the blame on me for not following their safety protocol, which in no way is true. At this time, Kendra has been very helpful in guiding me through the intake process. At the end of the day, I am looking forward to having some relief from my injury.

So far they have been on top of things clear communication and got me into one of the best chiropractors/physical therapist. I could imagine state of the art facilities and they’re always there to answer my calls and emails. This has been one of the hardest times of my life I’ve been in pain for every night sleeping minimal hours, but they make me feel cared about and that helps me Better at night, so thank you so much group. I will update in six months when my Has been resolved…. Yet so far so good
