Mike responded and was able to slot in our contract review quickly. His review was thorough, and he took the time to answer all of our questions. Mike was up front (and correct) about his price estimate, and the cost was right around where we expected. Will definitely contact Mike again if/when other things are needed.

I used this firm after using a firm from DC. The firm in DC over charged me and did very little work. I happened across HKM and hired Deb to represent me. I was very happy with their professionalism and making sure you knew exactly what was going on at all times. I recommended HKM to another individual who was having proplems and they seem very happy with the company. If you need an attorney who can help you then choose HKM.

I was a bit apprehensive to work with a lawyer. However, when I came across Tyson Law’s website I was glad to see he focused on creative, small-startups just like my own. He knew my industry and the concerns I may have in reviewing my creative contract. From our first call, Mark was approachable and friendly. He had all his systems in place to make working with him seamless. He was very knowledgeable, kind and listened to me. A professional but also a human-being. HKM Attorneys are fantastic and I would like to extend my gratitude to Deborah Sundblad. She is very analytical and made sure I understood the legal matter at hand, what my options were, and recommended the best course of action.
