I had the pleasure of working with Vanessa to resolve a matter involving personal loss due to a destructive fire. Vanessa was communicative and always provided a thorough answer for any questions I had throughout the process, as well as taking a full personal interest in dedicating herself to my cause. Her and her colleague James at Owen Vanderbrug both gave 110% to our case and did NOT stop at "good enough". I would highly recommend Vanessa and Owen Vanderbrug to anyone that needs an A-team on their side.

I can't imagine going through my employment case with anyone but Vanessa Vanderbrug of Owen Vanderbrug Law Group. After my termination from my employer I tried to move on but the events surrounding my termination continuously kept me up at night. I met with Vanessa and she was so encouraging and supportive while I told her my story. It's difficult to recount what happened and what was said and I honestly can't imagine going through that with anyone else but Vanessa. She said I did have a case and was upfront and honest about what to expect, what was needed, what would happen if we went to trial, fees and what she hoped for. She, along with her amazing partner James Owen, gave me their game plan and from the start it worked. Vanessa is the calmest, kindest and most compassionate lawyer but she is fierce and persistent in mediation! The end result was a positive judgement in my favor and I can't thank her enough! Had employment issue that I needed help with, but instead of telling me right away, they asked for a lot of unnecessary information that I didn't feel comfortable disclosing, and after 1 hour on the phone, and bunch of email, they just told me that they just won't represent my case. Could of just said that right away, without time wasted and info disclosure from my side...
