Received a ticket for speeding 5 miles over the speed limit. Got a postcard in the mail from Garguile Law the following Saturday. Called to see if they could help me. They represented me in the court room and got it changed to a non moving violation which made the infraction not count toward my auto insurance. Still had to pay the fine, but at least my insurance won't get jacked up. Want to say Mahalo Nui to Garguile Law PLLC.

I was so appreciative of the fact that the team at Garguile took over my case. I was concerned because they simply told me to provide documentation and leave the rest to them. I was nervous because I did not want a ticket on my record. I didn't need to respond to anything or show up in court. They were understanding, responsive, and empathetic to my concerns. Getting the news that my case was disposed of was such a relief because I felt the ticket was unjust. I hope I never need their services again but if I do, I will definitely use them again.

I can't say enough good things about Garguile. I've used them several times now and they've gotten my ticket dismissed every single time, free and clear. You can probably find a cheaper lawyer but I've seen time and time again that Tony is more than willing to go the distance and fight the good fight. I've paid him less than the tickets themselves would have cost me, and that's before insurance is factored in. They kept me informed throughout the process, made it easy to understand, and checked with me if the process involved any risk (for example fighting it in court vs. accepting a plea or differal). He's represented me all over the state; King County, Snohomish, and Gray's Harbor, and he's gotten every single ticket thrown out, even in jurisdictions that were notoriously hard on traffic infractions. I usually like to give some constructive criticism when I leave reviews, but the results speak for themselves and I honestly have no notes. Use Garguile, it's an easy decision.

Can't be more happy with the outcome to my case for speeding. Within 2 days of me getting a ticket I had received a flyer in the mail so I called and for the cost of my ticket I didn't have to do anything. They did all the paperwork and went to court and everything and a month or so later I was told everything was dismissed and so it saved me from getting anything on my driving record and kept it all from raising my insurance rates. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and seemed like they went out of their way to make sure I was confident and happy. Five stars all around! I would definitely call them again also for sure recommend them to anyone who has received a ticket and didn't want it to appear on their record! Especially for just the cost of my ticket it was a win win bcuz if they couldn't get it dismissed they would pay my fine with the money I already paid them. Ea$y decision.
