Tony Garguile and his team do incredible work! I received a speeding ticket for going 70 on I-5 while I was on my way to work. This was the cherry on top of what had already been a frustrating morning. As a young man my insurance rates were already high and I wasnt sure how I could handle the increase in my premiums. I had contacted some other attorneys and was told that they would not be willing to travel to Lynnwood to help fight my ticket. Finally I found Tony and his team online. They let me know it was no problem to make the trip and that they would handle everything on my behalf. Tony and his team were very communicative every step of the way and I didn't even have to appear in court myself. Tony was able to get my ticket outright dismissed! He saved me the hassle of showing up in court to defend myself as well as saving my wallet the misfortune of increased auto insurance rates. I can not recommend his firm highly enough!

Prior to court date I request all recordings/ info they said they had requested. Not only did they refuse to give it to me they decided to just take a 200 dollar fine instead of actually contesting as I requested.

I was racing to pick up my son from the airport and got a ticket from a state patrol for speeding. I was guilty, dead to rights, 80 in a 60 in Port Orchard. The officer was nice enough to write it for 5 over. I was referred to Garguille’s from a friend and with one phone call and a small payment it was over. I just got an email saying we won and it was dismissed. I was skeptical of fighting it in the first place, sure glad I went with these guys.

They are amazing. From the moment I sent in my request they responded within 24 hours with a price and with a plan. I got a ticket in greys harbor and it got changed to a non moving infraction which is one of the outcomes we wanted.

Just submitted my ticket and they called back in less than 24 hours for some info, it takes a while to get the results but it’s due to the court date. My ticket got dismissed for going 17 mph over. I’m very happy with this firm and have continued to go back to them with my recent tickets
