The one mistake her lawyer made was to underestimate my Lawyer's knowledge of the law and her intelligence. She caught him trying to file a modification without the proper filing and argued that point, so that intimately I won my last case! Honestly, intelligence, and goodness prevailed. One thing that stood up the the most about Kate is she is not about how much money she can make for you. She will do what she knows is best. I was working with a different attorney initially and I had to switch in the middle of the process for I feel like I was not being represented well and was spending all the money for nothing.
