My experience with Hale Law Enterprises has been exceptional with the reassurance, efficiency and clarity provided as I learned how to navigate the legal system as my own advocate. The experience from submitting an inquiry to receiving a response to making an action plan for moving forward has been incredibly transparent as well as rewarding.

I reached out to Matt on behalf of my brother in law. Matt was very helpful and did exactly as he said he would. Updated us as much as he could. If you’re looking for representation, he’s the best choice. Mr Matt did a great job! Communication was more than prompt and got much better results for my ticket than I was expecting. He made the whole process completely stress free from the moment I called him. Worked hard on our behalf which in turn settled my case with positive results!! Thank you!

I recently got into trouble with the law and didn't know what to do. I was recommended Matthew Hale through a friend so I gave him a call and I'm glad I did so far things have been going well for me all I had to do was keep my end of the deal and do as he said and let him do the rest. He's super respectful very easy to talk to quick to respond back and puts you on his top priority list. Give Matthew Hale a chance to handle your case and you won't regret it. I would highly recommend him to a friend or family and if I ever cross paths with the law again I will call Matthew Hale.

The only reason for me giving the 1 star is honestly based off the positive attitudes of the staff that I got to speak with. I called regarding an employment matter, and I was asked a few general questions. I was told afterwards that I would receive an email and that I would need to respond to the email with additional details regarding my matter. Afterwards, the attorneys would review it and decide whether or not if this was something they would want to move forward with. The next day, I received an email from them stating they weren’t interested in moving forward with my matter. I honestly thought it was an accident or that they didn’t practice in employment law; so I reached out to confirm if this was their true result, and they said yes. I told the rep that I had never received and email asking for additional details. The rep told me they didn’t send the email because I had did a phone consultation (I’ve done several consultations, this was the first where I didn’t speak to a paralegal/attorney for my consult. They actually have you speak to a rep). The rep asked me simple questions about my name, dob, number, and etc…I had no idea that was a consultation. Due to my previous experiences with consultations, I kept telling the rep that I never had one. After she pulled up the original inquiry and read it to me, I confirmed the responses and she replied that this indeed was my consultation lol. I guess I learned something new today. My personal information, and company that I worked for was enough for them to evaluate my case. That’s concerning in my opinion. The recording you hear while waiting over 40 minutes to be connected stated they “hire the best investigators and attorneys.” I may not have the credentials, but as a client I would want the team representing me to have A LOT MORE TO WORK WITH so that I know we all put in the effort to the best of our ability regardless of the outcome. I was referred to this firm by someone that spoke highly of them. And I’m not impressed on their intake/consultation process. Had they actually did a consultation, they would have realized that I didn’t need the King County Bar Association’s number/referral list 😂, I was shopping for the attorney that better fit me and the outcome I desired. I already had 2 attorney-client contracts submitted to me regarding my case. The reps that answered my call were very nice as far as attitude. I don’t believe they have the training/credentials to answer calls regarding the LAW. They should’ve clarified that I was in fact doing a consultation. They do have great reviews, I would just make sure when inquiring that you confirm if they practice in the area related to your matter, confirm whether you are doing a consultation (so that you can give them the information you believe will help them make a decision, if they are asking for your personal info that’s an indicator that you’re probably doing the consultation lol), and when you hang up…PLEASE KEEP GOING DOWN YOUR LIST BECAUSE YOU DESERVE TO DO YOURSELF THE DUE DILIGENCE. ***In response to the owner…you lost me at “ There are many factors that go into determining whether we can take on a case…” lol that was my point! You guys failed to collect the factors to make a legit determination. In addition, I suggest you guys shy away from putting your “Client Experience” team in the forefront and use the “500” attorneys and investigators that are spoken so highly of to prevent experiences such as mine. Lastly, you failed to read my review in it’s entirety. Had you done so, you would know that I was reaching out because of a referral. My claim doesn’t lack merit, I’ve already been presented with 2 attorney-client contracts. Long story short, I won’t be following up with the “Client Experience” team to get it wrong again lol but thank you for the time wasted. I’m sure my friend was drunk when she put this firms contact info in my hands. Good night Jared.

My experience with Hale law was great. They kept in touch the whole way and answered all my questions. My outcome couldn't have been any better. I would recommend them to anyone.
