I hired Dylana Jones about two years ago for a custody matter after having a bad experience with another firm. Dylana completely renewed my faith in the system and attorneys in general. I ended up with primary custody of my son which i think is a huge accomplishment with Washington state seemingly favoring the mother in the court process. Dylana is very well spoken in the courtroom and always professional and punctual. Each time we went in front of a commissioner she never missed a beat and was able to get all important talking points into her argument. I was a bit nervous when she went on a trip abroad but even during this time she was very responsive and available despite time differences. I feel I have extremely good representation having had Dylana in my corner throughout this long difficult and at times very stressful battle. It is not a cheap process by any means but i feel that she is absolutely worth every dollar spent. Dylana is very knowledgeable about every stage of family law cases and i would reccomend Dylana to anyone going through a similar situation. This has been a long road with many twists and turns but we came out on top and i hope this review can help someone out there know that there is a way through this and Dylana is a great guide through to the end. This attorney, while knowledgable, ramps up conflict to incur more legal fees. She is all about increasing her billable hours and wants to fight it out rather than listen to a client's wishes. She is incredibly inflexible and somewhat of a bully. If this is the type of attorney you are seeking , she would be perfect, but if you want to just finish your divorce and move on in a speedy manner, I would NOT recommend her at all.

She made errors in forms and declarations. When I pointed them out she just pushed for my signature and then never corrected the errors. She acted annoyed when I asked her to correct errors. Her work was sloppy and cost me a signature amount of money as things needed to be redrafted and submitted. Thankfully, she left the firm

I found Dylana Jones to be a great Attorney, we recently finished my custody case. I initially hired McKinley Irvin and dropped them when i realized how much more i was paying on billed hrs than what i would pay with another firm. Dylana picked up my case at the midpoint but did a great job familiarizing herself with the specifics. Dylana is very responsive and punctual. Dylana made her arguments clearly and direct to the point when we were in the courtroom. We ended up settling the case in mediation and were able to avoid a costly trial. We completed the case during covid lockdowns which made things take a bit longer than they might've but she did a great job keeping me informed about the case and we pushed thru to the end. I would definitely recommend Dylana Jones to be considered as your counsel in a family law case.

Anne Wakefield is a gem. She understands how to hold your hand through divorce and creating parenting plans-- which can be one of the most difficult processes of your life. Anne was quick to respond, efficient, extremely knowledgeable and kind. Don't underestimate her, though, she was tough when she needed to be. I would highly recommend and trust Wakefield Legal with any legal needs in the future.

Anne is a very reliable, caring, and strong attorney. Throughout the time she represented me in a parenting case, I was impressed with her dedication to getting results and professionalism. During the initial consultation she listened with empathy, then worked tirelessly with me to prepare the best for every hearing and negotiation. Throughout the legal process, even during setbacks, she was focused, honest and positive. I'd recommend Anne to anyone in need of an attorney who sincerely cares and fights to obtain the best possible outcome.

Anne is just a heinous attorney. Incredibly confrontational, wholly unprofessional, and someone I would be entirely embarrassed to have represent me in court. In my business interactions with her, she fabricated interactions, physically assaulted, and then spammed me with an unsolicited email. When I politely asked her to refrain from contacting me, she exploded in anger. I can’t imagine how she would act in a courtroom when she is supposed to exercise a calm and cool composure.

Anne was able to help me through a difficult process. She made sure everything was resolved keeping my best interest in mind.

I won't ever go to that place I went to get divorced and I ended up with a different case that it was never explained to me and thousands of dollars wasted. Most of the staff are new and not experienced very very disappointed. The worst experience and my case still unresolved.

Dylana made mistakes in handling my case when she took it over from another attorney who had done a great job and then did not finish it. In fact, she promised me she would secure my interests in a way that I later found out was not practical and made up legal forms. Stay away! I was fortunate enough that she left the firm I work with and I was able to have her mistakes corrected at no cost.
