I was a little skeptical when the rep said sit back and let us do the work, don't worry. But my ticket was dismissed! I would recommend these guys for sure. Only issue was getting results, took a couple of days to hear about the dismissal.

The people are amazing. I got slammed with second-degree negligence ticket. Even though I wasnt even driving fast. The city law group completely took the ticket off the record.I recommend this firm to everyone.

Being from NY, in Seattle for business, last thing I needed was a moving violation. It was actually for my younger brother, who I took out there to give him a break, rented him a Dodge Challenger, and for someone who doesn't drive, managed to break the speeding limit and was lucky he didn't get pinched for reckless driving. Did some research, found this firm, case was assigned to Vincent, and I cannot say enough good things. Stayed in touch with every continuance, every detail, and the result was WAY beyond my expectations! I highly recommend this firm for anyone, in WA or out of state. With the work Vincent put in, and I speak from experience, should have been a $10,000 bill considering the hours I know were put it in. Incredible, so glad I was able to end up with such an incredible attorney and firm.

I received a ticket due to a minor scrape while parallel parking. I received a notice from Emerald in the mail - seemed like a no brainer since if they don't get the ticket dismissed they promise nothing out of pocket...I called and they explained the process well over the phone. They took care of everything. I did not even have to go to court. They were able to reduce the ticket to a non moving violation which won't be on my permanent record. Good communication - was very pleased with the end result.

When I got into a minor fender bender in Washington State (my fault), I received a letter from Emerald Law Group saying they could help out. They told me they would get me out of my ticket and that I didn't have anything to worry about. I paid them and trusted they would take care of the situation because I don't live in Washington and found relief in believing someone could help me. When my court date arrived, they didn't show up to represent me. I only found out because I had befriended the person I hit and he sent me a message from the courtroom. Turns out the policeman that arrived at the accident scene was also there, but Emerald Law Group didn't send a representative for me. They couldn't explain the error and were determined to try again. It took two or three weeks of me pleading for a refund before someone helped me with that. Luckily I was able to work out a deal with the court on my own where I paid them about $200 to keep the ticket off my record (as long as I didn't get a moving violation for the next year), but one of the workers at Emerald Law Group called me and tried to take credit for the deal that I made for myself. When these lawyers tell you to sit back and relax, just don't. You might have to keep an eye on them to complete the services you ask for.

They initiated contact with me. I assume they research police records for their leads. My initial phone call was with someone who didn't seem experienced, and I didn't have any further contact with her. I negotiate contracts myself as part of my job, so I had what I thought were careful questions, when I followed up and spoke with Stryker about them to my satisfaction. It appears they were in Court for me the day they said they would be, and go the result they promised. I asked for verification of that and Mila sent me a screenshot of the Court records that confirmed what she was saying. All in all, I am comfortable recommending them. It's a relatively small investment, and they appeared to be extremely efficient and professional. Nice job!

I recently closely worked with Mr. Tanijo for a relative's immigration case. Mr. Tanijo's dedication and professionalism and the happy result made me feel obliged to write a few good words to thank you; also recommend Mr. Tanijo to people in similar situations. My relative was detained for overstay his visa in February 2017. In detention (NWDC), he used the center's legal assistance program to see help. Mr. Tanijo's name is in the attorney's list. My relative somehow selected him, maybe by recommendation from other jail mates. We were not sure how it would work at the beginning, because Mr. Tanijo seemed very busy and communication wasn't easy. We started to feel better after a friend who knew the asylum legal context better than us talked to Mr. Tanijo. This friend convinced us that Mr. Tanijo was very knowledgeable and experienced from his long conversation over the phone. He said Mr. Tanijo mastered the key elements that would determine a case's result. Since I'm the primary contact on behalf of my relative (communication inside detention center was not easy), I personally experienced Mr. Tanijo's efficiency and dedication. He might not reply me promptly for non-time sensitive matters because he is always busy with other clients, but when it came to important point, Mr. Tanijo communicated with me 24 hours a day, literally around the clock! He sent messages and emails while I was sleeping (I'm in east end); when I woke up replying, he replied right away. Prior to the court time, he systematically and professionally guided me to prepare evidence documents, as small as a translation of a book. After a few hours' intensive work, the materials were sent out without anything missing. Considering my relative's poor financial situation, Mr. Tanijo was very reasonable and considerate in payment. Now that the case was won, I would like to share some thoughts with people who are struggling for themselves or their family members or relatives or friends: 1. When you work with a professional attorney like Mr. Tanijo, trust him/her and let him/her drive. I had this principle from beginning; but my relative seemed to be more concerned which is understandable given his anxiety inside. After the case, we both strongly feel that a professional like Mr. Tanijo knows way better than us because we often don't know what make legal points 2. Be patient with good attorneys like Mr. Tanijo. They are good because they have lots of clients; they have lots of clients because they are good. You are not paying to exclusively hire them. They have way more work to do than you can imagine. Don't expect them to reply you right away. They know when and how to use their and your time wisely 3. Don't be fooled by the visible hours they spent on you. Those are just tip of the ice mountain. They research evidence materials you provided; they work out strategy; they copy, sort evidence according to Justice Department's requirement .... I wish every good person good luck! I wish Mr. Tanijo all the best in his attorney career!

I was hesitant about hiring a lawyer in order to beat or reduce a traffic infraction due to the amount of negative reviews I have seen online and the horror stories. I did not want this ticket to be on my record and my understanding of the law gave me the impression my ticket should be dismissed, but not knowing the full extent of the law I left it up to the pros. From the get go, they were helpful, professional, and really helped answer all questions I had. 10/10 would recommend again.

Amazing experience! The process was super simple, and they were always available to answer any questions. Not only were they able to keep my driving record clean, but they were also able to reduce the fine amount too! Will definitely come back!
