It was easy and everything pretty straight forward, they would answer my calls any time i had any question and explain everything i was needed. I had 2 traffic tickets they they got dismissed for me. Your organization was very helpful and courtious throughout the entire process of calling about receiving a ticket and advising what to do and explaining how things went in the court. The results where phenominal, I am extemely happy with the turn out of this case. Both cases against me were dismissed in a single court date. Prior to that court date I had several questions to which my lawyer and their co-workers were able to answer them without any complications or unneccissary conclusions. Uncommunicative, incompetent, ineffective, and a waste of time! Just a garbage 'service' all around. I retained them, they didn't take *any* information from me, wasted months when they didn't return phone calls, had to be badgered into sending mail, had me take some online driving course for an additional fee, lost the fact that they'd done so, asked me to do it again, and ultimately did nothing to help with the ticket. Not a surprise, since they'd collected no information from me.

I received a ticket due to a wrong turn. I would have fought the ticket myself, but did not have enough time. The paralegal Sonya explained the process very well over the phone. They took care of everything. I did not even have to go to court. They were able to remove points from my ticket. Sonya kept me informed. It was a pleasant service.

As always, my ticket were dismissed without me going to court. I did not do anything wrong, so I knew Emerald City Law Group would bail me out. Thank you again!
