I’m so appreciative of Justin! While going through an emotional divorce he was so patient and understanding. I felt totally out of my element and Justin took the time to explain things to me, and I felt like I could reach out regarding any concerns. Divorce is never easy, but Justin made the process as easy as it could be, expressing concern and humanity. I’m grateful for his patience and promptness. No one ever wants to need a lawyer, but I can tell you, this is the lawyer you want when needed.

I worked as then Lieutenant Don King’s paralegal while we were stationed in Guam. Don had been assigned as defense counsel to a Sailor charged with murdering a fellow Sailor. He worked tirelessly on this case and truly believed in his client and had so much compassion for this Sailor. This Sailor was acquitted of all charges. Let me say that I have worked for many attorneys in my nearly 30 years as a paralegal and there have been none that even come close to Don’s professionalism, drive and determination. He gives everything to ensure the best possible outcome for his client.

Justin was amazing from start to finish. He was efficient with his time and our money. He was honest and straight forward regarding what to expect from my ex-wife’s attorney. He was strategic and made every attempt to make it a fair settlement. Justin was great at allocating resources when he is not familiar with an aspect of our case. He was quick to respond to our emails and was great at consolidating information for meetings. The fact that Justin strictly does divorce makes him an expert in this field which was helpful. His demeanor is very calm and collected which is appreciated during such a stressful event such a divorce.

Spoke to Mr. King for over an hour about a few potential concerns about my child's future military career concerning some medical issues during the commissioning process. If your a parent that is losing sleep at night and has not eaten for a few days because you feel that the uncertainty of the military is bothering you when it concerns specific medical issues, and how the military would potentially react, then this is the man whom you need to consult with for your piece of mind and assurance. Mr. King went out of his way to talk to me on a Sunday evening after hours to address my questions and truly provided honest answers in a way that was decisive and reassuring which was greatly needed . Justin was very responsive and great at walking me through the processes. He really lives up to the "Truce" aspect: Even though Justin was my representation, my ex was comfortable enough with the whole process that she decided she didn't need her own representation (although that may not be for everyone). She even recommended him to one of her friends, who also was very happy with Justin's service. Collectively, we saved way more money than either one of us would have gotten, minus attorney fees, if we each had more adversarial lawyers and one of us came out more on top with a "better" settlement. Fighting it out not worth the pain or money--it worked much better for us to have a "Truce."

If you need to go thru the painful experience of divorce, it is very helpful to have someone like Justin on your side. Not my first rodeo, and Justin has been a lot of help to me, especially compared to others I had experience with. Listen to him, he knows what he is talking about.
