I would HIGHLY recommend Justin Aanenson and Truce Law to handle any separation/divorce needs that you're going through. I actually found him and hired him based on on-line recommendations, so I know that reviews are important. He's very level-headed, calm and basic approach in conciliatory, not confrontational. A real pleasure to work with.

Justin was very responsive and great at walking me through the processes. He really lives up to the "Truce" aspect: Even though Justin was my representation, my ex was comfortable enough with the whole process that she decided she didn't need her own representation (although that may not be for everyone). She even recommended him to one of her friends, who also was very happy with Justin's service. Collectively, we saved way more money than either one of us would have gotten, minus attorney fees, if we each had more adversarial lawyers and one of us came out more on top with a "better" settlement. Fighting it out not worth the pain or money--it worked much better for us to have a "Truce."

If you need to go thru the painful experience of divorce, it is very helpful to have someone like Justin on your side. Not my first rodeo, and Justin has been a lot of help to me, especially compared to others I had experience with. Listen to him, he knows what he is talking about. And he let me take care of the things that I felt comfortable doing to save a few bills here and there.

Justin and Truce Law were great. I was trying to finish a uncontested divorce on my own, hit a snag on child support worksheet. Had a end of year deadline looming. He was very accommodating, met with me on a weekend, very quickly got everything. His price was very fair, and even called the court for me to make sure everything was received and correct. Justin helped me file for divorce with my husband who was initially not cooperative but after some exposure to WA law was ready to file uncontested. Justin was knowledgeable, replied promptly to all my messages, even while pheasant hunting, and very transparent with billing practices.
