I was in a car accident and had an attorney that wasn’t doing anything to help my case. I was referred to Adler Giersch and immediately, Richard Adler helped rid of my old attorney and Arthur was assigned to my case. I highly recommend Arthur Leritz as he keeps you informed every step of the way, he’s very efficient, professional, and will take his time to explain everything one by one. Debbie is also amazing! Arthur has exceeded my expectations, made me feel at ease, and has given me so much hope and if I ever, God forbid, be in another car accident and need legal advice, I will be calling Arthur. They treat you with the utmost respect and genuinely care about your needs. I am very pleased with this law firm and words can’t express again how much I appreciate Arthur and all he and his team have done for me!

Last year, a driver fell asleep at the wheel and struck my daughter’s car head-on. She had a bad cut and abrasion on her head, and an extremely bad break in her ankle. Her wrist was fractured, as well. My husband and I were alarmed by our daughter’s description of the other driver’s behavior, making us believe he might not be a stand up kind of guy. We realized our daughter’s injuries were such that she would have a potentially bad facial scar and a lifetime of dealing with the extensive damage to her ankle. Thankfully, the other driver carried insurance, but we were concerned because he had the same insurance carrier we have. It stands to reason that the insurance company might be more concerned with protecting itself, as opposed to looking out for our daughter’s best interest. Hence, the search for a lawyer. We consulted with three lawyers and Richard Adler seemed the obvious choice, though ultimately, it was to be my daughter’s call. I think it fair to say that she was impressed with Mr. Adler’s calm, friendly, approach. He outlined an anticipated progression of events, and a realistic potential financial outcome. We never would have been able to navigate our way, on our own, through what can be a complicated process. We did not have the knowledge or familiarity of the insurance process to have known how to gain the maximum outcome for our daughter. Richard Adler and his staff handled it all with professionalism, and in a timely and pleasant manner. I believe they did all that was possible on her behalf. Also, it was hugely helpful and stress relieving to have Mr. Adler’s staff handling communications with the insurance companies (both car and medical), and dealing with payments to medical providers. He and his staff had the foresight, and took the time, to give our daughter some great advice about not engaging in careless spending and considering investments instead. They also recommended she keep her financial situation private in order to avoid being asked to lend money, something that might not have occurred to us. Hopefully, we will never require Mr. Adler’s services again, but I would not hesitate to utilize them, if needed, and I would heartily recommend him to anyone with a similar need.

My experience with Richard Adler and Jacob Gent at Adler Giersch, PS, was fantastic. From the very beginning, these two individuals made an otherwise daunting process navigable. Taking over the burden of the situation, they involved me in every decision, treated me respectfully, and made my priorities their own. Never was I pressured to take my case one direction or another; instead, the available options were presented to me, and my decision was final. I contacted Richard Adler on the advice of a doctor I saw after suffering a nasty accident. In his words he'd never recommend a lawyer with the one exception being Richard Adler. I was very fortunate to get his name at the time. I was involved in a life derailing bicycle accident resulting in a disabling brain injury. Right from the very first time I met with Richard he was compassionate, understanding, and incredibly reassuring for what was to be a multi year process trying to get the insurance company to "do the right thing". Richard not only represented me as an attorney and advocate for my legal case but helped me and my family find information on brain injury, survivor groups, and lectures with doctors where we learned a tremendous amount that has helped us cope and adapt to a new life style. Stress is one of the worst parts of a traumatic injury - the insurance companies compound that stress dramatically - and Richard did a tremendous amount to mitigate that stress on me and my family. Just his presence and demeanor were very reassuring that things were in good hands and would be taken care of. I never had to worry that something might be over looked or slip through the cracks. One of the biggest things I can thank Richard for has to be education. He really helped me understand not so much the legal side of things but my injury as well. He has done a tremendous amount of work with brain injuries and the Brain Injury association of Washington and he still understands what it's like to be new to the situation as any of us would be getting in an accident. It's scary to be going through this process, the legal stuff, insurance companies, letters, doctors... I can't thank Richard and his staff enough for what they did to help me through it all. Even after things were "done and settled" Richard has continued to be there and support myself and family even checking in just to see how we were doing.
