Being in a bad car accident is terrifying and where do you turn? Look no further as Melissa is hands down the best. I cannot say enough positive words about Melissa’s endless talents and superior work ethic. I had never been in a serious accident in my life and it rippled through my whole life including loosing my 26 yr career as I am now disabled. Melissa carried me through all things accident and boy did I need the unconditional support. The case dragged out for over 4 yrs for a whole host of reasons. I was truly living a nightmare. My case and injuries were rare and complex but that didn’t detour Melissa. She was always on point with all the facts of my case. I wasn’t just a file on her desk. It was remarkable. She has an immense capacity for details and left no stone unturned; interviewing my Drs, insulating me from my own insurance co, adding videos to personalize the initial demand, guiding me through countless other challenges like short and long term LOAs at my employer and on and on. I could always reach her and when in a bind like being refused for specialized treatment out of state she dropped everything and supported me as needed. She is empathetic and open minded; if I had a concern or confusion she listened with open ears and didn’t take things personally. She guided me through a path to best arm the case such as insisting on video for my dr exams that my insurance co wanted, how to present myself at a deposition, forensic economist, full cognitive testing and I could go on. My life is forever changed yet I shudder to think as to how much my life could have changed for the worse without Melissa. She saved the rest of my life.
