This review is long overdue, I recently came across their name and thought of how grateful I am that I chose Adler Giersch PS to handle my case. Three years ago I had an accidental fall in Montana and I had used them previously for another issue. They picked up this case and handled it professionally and expeditiously. If you are looking for a great law firm, look no further.

I was involved in a major vehicle accident several years ago. Being involved in an accident can be very overwhelming experience. In my case, the process was a lengthy and complicated one. I really had no idea where to look for representation. Fortunately, a friend of mine recommended Adler Giersch PS to me. I can say unequivocally without a doubt, that Richard Adler, Arthur Leritz and their team had helped me every step of the way and went way above and beyond every expectation that I had. I would highly recommend Adler Giersch Attorney to my friends and family. Richard, Arthur and their team are more than just lawyers, they sincerely care about the outcome, both physically and mentally. Overcoming my initial injury was hard enough, but they went above and beyond to make sure my recovery was progressing well, apart from being my advocate during the entire legal process. Richard employs a first-class paralegal (MaryEllen Bolden) that always made sure that I knew about appointments, that I was prepared, and arranged the logistics. This happened along every step of the way. As I continued to recover, Richard helped put me in touch with leading experts who helped me recover and get my health back on track. Richard and his team thought about how to carefully evaluate all my medical needs, both in the near and long term. They are very experienced and knows how to really cover all bases, making sure that I really recovered from this. As the case went on, the case went from recovering from my initial injury to closure of the case. I can say unequivocally without a doubt that Richard and Arthur have fought for me every step of the way. These processes are long, drawn out and can be very difficult to go through. They prepared and helped me for every interaction and fought for me every single time. I have never seen a lawyer who fought as hard as the team at Adler Giersch did for me. We give Richard and Melissa our highest recommendations. My wife was in a severe car accident while visiting another State when her car was hit by another car traveling at very high speeds. Mr. Arthur Leritz, one of the attorneys at Adler Giersch Personal Injury Law worked on my auto accident case. He is a very detailed, attentive, and caring person. And he was concerned about my injuries from the beginning until the end. I have had 2 serious automobile accidents. One was in late 2015 by an uninsured motorist that totaled my car. The other, in 2019, my new car was seriously rear ended. We have been so incredibly grateful to Arthur Leritz of Adler Giersch for helping shepherd us through the harrowing experience of managing a claim after our daughter was hit by a car as a pedestrian.
