Attorney Lake is phenomenal. I read his reviews before engaging with him and I was initially skeptical that the reviews were legitimate because legal matters are rarely straightforward. However, Attorney Lake exceeded all expectations. He did an extraordinary amount of research, had reasonable fees, and, most importantly, got us the outcome we were seeking. If I ever need a personal attorney in WA state again, I know exactly where to go.

My experience with Morgan Lake was awesome. I had no idea how to deal with a warranty company that did not honor claim. So I found Morgan on the internet his website said he handles consumer complaints. Well he lived up to what he claimed and far more he is a man of principle and integrity. He refused to let a big corporation with large legal teams intimidate him he never backed down and he encouraged me to do the same. I was so leary of retaining an attorney but Morgan made the whole process of taking on a what seemed like a case I thought I didn't have a chance of winning easy. He was very informed about consumer laws and what big corporations can not get away with. He explained every step we took and what needed to be done. I honestly am not one to take time and give a review but I really felt it necessary with my experience with Mlrgan if I could give him 10 stars I would he is a beast of an attorney and I would recommend him any day of the week. If he's this good at dealing with big corporate lawyers I would hire him to do anything that requires legal representation. Thank you Morgan for helping me with what I thought was a lost cause. You got me way more than I ever imagined I would. Your a good man to have on your side.

After not being able to resolve an issue with a company, I contacted Morgan Lake. I have had several attorneys in my life and was never impressed. Well that changed when I met Morgan Lake. He walks in integrity and honesty with the wisdom to back up his statements. Many said my claim against a company was unattainable until I called Morgan Lake. He knew the laws that were not followed and called them out on it! I won! Words can not express the comfort of knowing, someone truly has your back and is negotiating without backing down or compromising you to get a quick fix. I needed an Attorney to stand strong without a second of hesitation and he did it. I promise you will not be disappointed if you hire Morgan Lake for ANY matter!

If you could give a zero, it would be given. A total of eight different attempts to contact and not one was ever responded to. Might have been a good attorney at one time, but doesn't appear to be anymore. Website lists three locations (all with the same number) but when you call, it's an answering service that gives you a Google voice number that never gets answered.

Morgan Lake came through for me in my time of need. He was able to handle my case exceptionally well in the area of consumer protection stemming from an out-of-state motor vehicle purchase. Morgan continuously checked in with me and provided me with numerous updates as my case progressed. Ultimately, we came away with a BIG WIN $$$ for the good guys. Lake reached out after I filled out a help form seeking advice for a small claims case suing a used car dealership for fraud. He spent nearly an hour of his time just finding resources and legal code references for me and helping me devise a plan to take on this case. He never pressured me to seek services, he simply offered a wealth of knowledge to help me seek Justice in my own representation. If I was seeking a lawyer I would absolutely approach Lake, especially for anything consumer protection related. People like this give me hope for a system that is often convoluted and difficult to navigate.

I contacted Lake Law in September of 2020. I was renting a house from an extremely large and nationally known real estate investment company.
