Horrible experience. Very shady and unprofessional practice at the least. They have you sign a no way out contract when you are in possibly one of the worst situations of your life at the current moment. I had full coverage and was hit by a woman who ran a red light with my four year in the vehicle, completely totaled my car. There was a police officer at the light and wrote report finding them at fault. When I decided not to settle with first or second offer since they both were extremely low and I had just taken a major loss in many different way Amy Jones decided it was not worth her time and attempted to pawn me off on another attorney. Hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I’m a mother of 2 with another coming in May and now I am out of my 24,000 dollar vehicle and The Advocates are taking 3,400 dollars or my 4,500 settlement. I would never recommend to anyone. Also called to talk to Kenneth , who very much could care less about his company robbing my daughters who are 4 and 3 as well as myself. Horrible experience to wrap up an even worst one. Amy Jones is not here to work for you she is here in hopes you will settle. I hope this review if does nothing else helps another mother not get taken advantage of.

Hit by an uninsured vehicle driver & these people were useless in every which way but loose. Wish I could give lower then 1 star, the gentlemen on the advocate line hung up on me while explaining my situation.

The Advocates is a fantastic place to work! All of my coworkers really make me feel like a part of a team that is dedicated to helping our clients in the best ways we can.

Each person I worked with at The Advocates was incredibly helpful, prompt in their replies, and compassionate. I would absolutely recommend them to others and will use them again if the need arises.

I just wanted to take a moment to give a review of The Advocates. I listen to the morning radio show Brooke and Jubal in the Morning almost daily (catching up via podcasts whenever I miss it). I’ve often heard them plug the Advocates, but admittedly I was dismissive of a company that advertised via radio. But after the unfortunate accident we were in last December, and when she mentioned wanting to get a lawyer, they were the first ones that popped into my head. (guess advertising does pay off….haha) Until this, I had zero interaction with lawyers and admittedly I was less than optimistic about how things would turnout. But then it just took one phone call with Brad to change all my preconceived notions and negative stereotypes. For as busy as I’m sure he was, he took the time to talk with me. I don’t mean just talk, it really seemed like he cared about what was going on. After that call I knew he was our guy, and the wife was quickly on board as well. Every time we had a question or a concern, we were responded to quickly (or our calls were returned in a very timely manner). At no point did we ever feel like we were being jerked around or strung along. Yeah it took a while for everything to proceed, but considering Brad told me a year from start to finish, we actually were ahead of schedule! Plus we were updated regularly which made waiting easier. While our case is now closed and resolved, I definitely recommend the Advocates to anybody I know that is in any kind of accident.
