Giving a 5 star rating overall I have been a client for 2 or 3 years every one has been amazing. Only issue I have experienced is trying to live chat with someone attempted 5 times waited a hour or more someone replied asked how they could help I replied with my question and waited some more after about 10 minutes of waiting I ended the non conversation.

My case happened to be a fully-head on collision- that was super complex and, i was injured immediately, but had been hopeless about things since my claim was denied by insurance companies-----untill i met the associates which initially drove to my city understanding i had no way to seattle ( THEY TRULY CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS). This law firm was suggested to me by my chiropractor after an accident. They were so easy to work with and did a house call for me since my car was out of commission. I basically sat back, received treatment, and collected a decent settlement a year later. Kyle and his team did all their hard work behind the scenes without having to involve me much at all.
