Review for Stelmakh and Associates: I recently used Stelmakh and Associates to help in the process of obtaining a fiance visa and ultimately a green card for my wife, a Russian citizen. The process was complicated by Covid, war, and illness. We obtained a K visa, and ultimately a Green Card, in spite of the fact that throughout this period, US consulates in Russia were closed, and because of the war in Ukraine, it was impossible for my wife to travel to Poland, where such visas were supposed to be processed. Stelmakh and Associates helped me obtain and translate the appropriate Russian documents for the visa application, and helped my wife fill in the required forms. We also worked together with a U. S. Senators office. The process of getting my wife to the US from Russia was extremely complicated, with not so high probability of success . Got O1A case approval within one week of submission. I worked with Katya Stelmakh on my O1A petition in the field of Tech Entrepreneurship. Katya and her team prepared about 400+ pages of the case and backed each statement with detailed evidence and explanations. I typically don’t write online reviews, just not my style! But sometimes, you have to. As far as I recall, this is the third one that I’m writing in my life! Most likely, you would like to know why, right? Well, I’m a data person; so, I’ll go by number and real evidence. Here is one example that I can share: I have just exported one of the email threads with Katya and Kimberly to MS Word with not a big font but Aerial 9.5, and then counted number of lines! More than 100 lines just regarding some extra future related questions that had nothing to do with my main case with them and that was not the only thread of such a nature! I did not hear, “ooh,… yeah… you know… this is beyond our agreed…”. I’m not saying go misuse their time; I’m just saying how supportive they are by just one example. It has been an honor to have Katya and Kimberly as my immigration attorneys. I had a complex case of dual employers, while for one of them, my own startup, I had an O1A. Basically, my new case was a concurrent O1A in addition to my startup O1A, where the new one was sponsored by a large research university.
