When I was injured in a car accident, I promptly called Melissa. I knew she would fight for me. And fight she did!! Through the long process of my recovery, she was compassionate, genuinely concerned about my well-being, and focused on making sure I was paid what I was owed. I could not recommend Melissa more! I am so glad I trusted her to help me through such a difficult time in my life.

Melissa is everything you would hope to find in an attorney! I contacted her a few months back on behalf of my parents after they were involved in a car accident over the summer. Due to this being the first time we've been involved in an accident of this magnitude, my parents and I were completely lost and without a clue on how to proceed in cases like this. Although we were unable retain her for services at that time (incident was too ripe and medical treatment was necessary prior to any other action) Melissa's compassion and true concern for her clients was obvious from the start. My parents native language is Spanish and Melissa worked with her interpreter to ensure they had full understanding of the court and legal system as well as addressed any concerns they had. I had reached out to other firms prior to hers and their lack of interest in taking this case was obvious due to it not being "big enough" for them to make a quick buck. This was not the case for Melissa, she took the time out of her day to explain the situation my parents were in, and even though she knew she couldn't help at the moment, also took the time to answer all their questions and give advise on what they're best course of action would be. I would highly recommend Melissa to anyone seeking legal assistance and I'm happy we at least got the chance to meet her and learn of her firm, without a doubt I will continue to seek her services if I am ever in a situation such as my parents.

Melissa Hart is amazing! I actually found her off google and was not disappointed with her service. She goes above and beyond for your case, she listens to your concerns and works with you every step of the way until your case is resolved. I also felt like it was easy to reach her and she would follow up right away if I wasn’t able to get in touch.
