TL;DR Kirstyn is an amazing family attorney and you should not hesitate to work with her or this law firm. Kirstyn has been my attorney for nearly 2.5 years. She is outstanding and would recommend her without reservation. My original attorney announced retirement while I was in the throes of the divorce process. I had to find someone quickly and that haste led me to an attorney that was less than impressive. I had to bounce quickly from that and then onto another attorney that was just not the caliber that was needed for my situation. It was then I took my time to find someone that was going to work well. Given the nature of ongoing conflict with the other party, it was important to find someone that is going to default to a collaborative approach but be appropriately assertive if the other side was completely uncooperative or unreasonable. The circumstances of divorce and other related legal concerns with the other parent can be emotional. Kirstyn is looking out for me but also isn’t afraid to be brutally honest when I need to understand if I should be considering a different perspective. It is clear to me that her experience with all sorts of situations provides her clients a value that is essential especially when the other party is difficult.
