We found Kirstyn through an emergency attorney search. She was able to meet with us within 12 hours of calling. Within a 3 hour meeting, we had several declarations and two separate motions written, signed and filed. 4 hours from our original meeting, our order was granted. She did phenomenal work, and even gave us a backup, just in case Plan A wasn’t granted. 5 stars.

Kirstyn is very knowledgeable, she built a relationship with me from the moment I stepped into her office. She knew the process to what I was going through very well and made sure we always stayed a step ahead! In the end she won me my case, and it wasn’t a case that is typically easily won! Kirstyn represented me in a high conflict dissolution matter with children. Nearly everything was contested and prior to hiring Kirstyn, I was stressed out by the endless conflict and feelings of injustice. Kirstyn was my second attorney I had hired for my divorce. After the first one had really let me down and multiple consultations with others I was referred to Kirstyn Palmisano. From our first meeting I knew she was the attorney for me! She completely put me at ease and I trusted her to get the job done in a timely manner. What the previous attorney failed to do in a year and a half Kirstyn got done in 6 months! She was always quick to respond to any and all questions or concerns. I felt like I was her only client. In fact the entire staff that works with her is amazing, I felt like they were all looking out for my best interests at all times. I never felt silly for asking questions, I was always informed on what was happening next and what I needed to do. And if there was something I could get done myself to help save me some money she was happy to let me know. She definitely will not take advantage of you unlike so many other attorney's. I had a small but slightly dicey division of property to get through for my divorce, lots of emotional attachments, plenty of perceived mistreatment from my spouse, completely different takes on how to address things by me and my spouse. To me, it felt like there was not much common ground to work with and the outcome could be brutal. Kirstyn listened to my concerns but kept me focused on the realities of divorce law and with gentle assurance (tolerance?) refined it to the essential, effective points and presented it to the amazing mediator they like to use, who then got us to a sign-able agreement in short order. Brilliant! Kudos to her and her team. I felt like I might have blown my life, now I feel like I have a shot again. I guess no one is supposed to be happy after a divorce but I am very, very satisfied.
