I called online divorce back in 2/2020. I paid the initial 139$ to start the process of my divorce. In March I decided that I didn't want to do it myself because of COVID-19. I contacted them back and asked for the platinum package. They told me it would be 299$ for that package I asked if any of the 139$ that I already paid would go towards that they said no. I paid the 299$ because I was guaranteed that I wouldn't have to do anything that they would handle everything. They said I wouldn't even have to go to court. They also said I had to get the monthly subscription at 24.99$ in order to be able to have access to my case. I did that. On August 3rd I called because I had no emails letting me know about the status of my case and what was going on so I wanted to cancel the service all together. They at that time stated that they had my husband's signature on the papers but that he forgot to sign in one other place. They said I had to pay 20$ for them to send the papers back to him to get signed again. I was hesitant but did it anyways because I'm trying to get this divorce over with. I canceled my 24.99 subscription but they convinced me to keep the platinum service. I called back in October when yet again I hadn't heard anything back from them and canceled my platinum service and told them to send me back my money order for the filling fee of 188$. So now I have invested 139$, 299$, 188$, 24.99 for several months, and two 20$ fees for messed up paperwork. I'm livid. I called back in December to find out why I haven't received an email with the tracking information for my money order because I had to pay 20$ in order for them to send it back to me and still no email. I have been calling once a week to find out when I'm supposed to receive this email with my tracking information. I called again today and mind you everything I call I'm on hold for an hour or more. One day I was on hold for 2hours and 35mins before someone picked up. Anyways I called again and was told that I would receive an email within the hour and still again no email. This company sucks they don't do anything to help nor do they keep you updated. I will never recommend them and am filing a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

The uncontested divorce paperwork was just incomplete forms and a waste of money. No property or debts listed I was told that wasn’t even legal. Ex just threw it out.
