I retained David Marshall and his firm after my previous attorney retired. In all ways did I find David to be caring, competent, and extremely thorough. David and his team are absolutely top-tier and I can highly recommend them.

David is a thorough, responsive, and empathetic lawyer. He represented me in a civil matter that involved several complex aspects. Always wanting to be certain about how these aspects could impact how we proceeded, David or an associate would conduct the necessary research. As well as ensuring that each complex aspect was sufficiently researched, he would clearly outline the findings and their relevance, and provide a recommended course of action. David would also not hesitate in consulting other lawyers with experience in the related areas and relay their advice to me, but he would always check with me before conducting any of these consultations. David and Tracey were very responsive throughout the matter, and proactively kept me informed of any developments. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, David is a very empathetic person -- he always had a kind and understanding demeanor which helped immeasurably in dealing with this stressful matter. Chuck Martin has been a savior in mine and my family’s time of need, I have referred him to my friends who have been involved in unfortunate car accidents , and he has always followed through with constant communication and always following up with Care!
