Most excellent attorney!!!

I was looking for some legal advice in regards to my storage space being infiltrated with water due to the landlord hiring an unlicensed 'contractor' to do roofing repairs and I had a very strong lease in my favor. David Horton sounded thoroughly bored with my situation, and while he gave a couple of helpful bits of commonsense advice in regards to pursuing a civil case vs. settling out of court, I felt that what he shared was not even remotely worth the nearly $300 I paid. The conversation was less than an hour and I had to sort of direct the conversation and ask a lot of questions because he was so uninterested. I have consulted with lawyers in the past and indeed some have been less useful than this fellow, but at least it was FREE or CHEAP advice through some Bar Association or other. In short, I felt used. He got a couple of weeks of groceries out of it and I can't really say that our conversation improved the outcome of my settlement in any way.

Phil Havers is the the sharpest attorney I know! Knowledgeable, efficient and effective. He will tell you what you need to know, even if you don't ask the "right" question. (If you know what I mean, you are in good hands with Phil.) I would not hesitate to use Havers Law Offices!

I originally contacted them for just a sit down to see if they could even help me with my case for custody over my son. I met with Brian he was up front and honest and let me make payments on the retainer him along with his staff has gone above and beyond for me and with me.
