David was prompt, showed an in depth and instinctive grasp not only for the law in my issues (alleged property code enforcement violations) but a real knowledge of the people involved. David did not try any of the "usual" tricks to run up his bill, and was quick and efficient in his work. I would definitely recommend, and use, David again!
