I absolutely recommend this firm, the associates 100% had my fathers best interests in mind and did their due diligence to make sure the best choice was being made for him. Will definitely return with any further needs as I know his best interests are their priority.

My wife and I finally decided it was time to put off making a will and setting up a living trust. We chose Evergreen Estate & Elder Law to assist us in this endeavor. The seminar presenter, a lawyer who specializes in personalized wills and trusts for both WA and ID, was very knowledgeable. After her presentation, she answered many questions. The next step is to have a free 1-hr. consultation to determine what kind of will or trust best suits my situation, then I will be meeting with the lawyer who will draw it up. The meeting room was comfortable and had note paper, pens, water, chocolate, and rubber duckies available.

The online workshop by Evergreen Elder Law helped clear up some preliminary questions I had about estate planning, such as the difference between a will and a trust. Plus, I didn't know there were so many different kinds of trusts, each aimed at different situations and estates. Thank you for the free workshop to help get me get started on my own estate planning.
