I called the advocates after getting rear ended in a car accident. I was referred to them by my treatment doctors to take the stress off. I was also just having a hard time dealing with the at faults partys insurance company. It all seemed so confusing and the insurance company didn't help. They made it very difficult to get ahold of as well as how to get my injuries covered. I reached out to the advocates and they got back to me in a very timely matter. The girl who did my intake was super sweet and made me feel super comfortable about the whole situation. She even helped clear up my confusion about what to do about my car damge even though they don't deal with that part of the case. I'm still working with them but so far everything has gone smooth.
