Well my journey with the Advocates started 3 years ago and I’m here to say that every single time I had a question about my case I always was taken seriously and taken care of on the phone call I made at that time if the employee didn’t have the correct answer to my question I always I mean always got a phone call back that day or by the next morning. And all of them were very very nice to talk with as I can be a pain in the rear end, as we say. But they never got upset with me it was never treated as if I was bothering them. And my case was just a small slip and fall and they handled me like it was a million dollar case. Here are all of the beautiful people that put up with me. Starting with my attorney John W.B. Harper to the next level attorney or I could say someone who really dealt with me Stefanie Collins. And Angel La Forest, which her name truly fits her personality and her love for her work. And then the next ones I talked to a few times but they also went out of their way for me. Peter Irwinn, Katie Guldhammer, Abigail Clark, Tegan Neary. I have to say that the Advocates helped change my life for the better all the way around. I would recommend them to anybody at any time I hear them on a radio station and I always smile because they truly go the extra mile.

I called John Harper (found him randomly on the Internet) and asked if he would represent me as my lawyer. After I was rear-ended, resulting in the ER, with ripped tendons and a totaled car, he was extremely professional and always got back to me when I was worried about my bills, etc.. Plus, he took the extra mile to make sure we got what we deserved. Financially and medically, he helped in all ways. Even finding doctors I couldn't have found on my own. He didn't disappoint and made everything work out! Over the time period of this, with his professionalism and constant contact, I considered him a friend. I'm definitely happy I was able to find a Lawyer like John Harper in such a mess of a situation. Thanks again John! You're the best!!

The intake process was amazing, I was kind of stressed because I always have trouble navigating a computer, but Joan was so patient. Great people to work with! Always had an awnser to my questions! They were on top of letting me know everything thing going on and if there was somthing they couldn't awnser right away they would work hard and efficient to get me one! And most importantly they didn't let anouther lame insurance company screw me!!
