Spencer is very knowledgeable of the law, the judges ruling patterns, and HE CARES about the kids. He’s an aggressive attorney that will fight hard for what is right and he will not be afraid to call his clients out if they are being unreasonable. Spencer took on my case when nobody else would because it was a mess. When watching his first court hearing, I knew within 30 seconds we were going to win. He went in strong, had studied my case thoroughly going back 7 years. He remembered pertinent details and he represented my son in that court room that day. He did an incredible job. Christopher S. Crago referred me to his teacher and mentor from Gonzaga University, Milton G. Rowland. This was one year before the statute-of-limitations ran out on my TORT claim against the VA Hospital. I paid Milton Rowland $1000 in check form as a retainer for legal filing. He lost the check, never told me, found the check then deposited it after the statue-of limitations had expired on my case. He filed 10 days late with another client’s details pasted into my claim. It failed due to TORT statute of limitations running out. Milton said he would retire and help me claim against his malpractice insurance, which he stated he had never used in his career. This was a stalling tactic he offered at every conversation until I said "Okay" thinking he was trying to get me off his books. He immediately "FIRED" me and said he was no longer my attorney. Before this and without my knowledge Milton’s decided to try a “work around” and filed a completely unproductive BIVEN’S claim that was a further stalling tactic, the judge stated it was impossible to serve as it was written. Milton directed me to another office of his Gonzaga students who spoke of the love for him and his difficulties in life etc. Then his former students stated they don't handle that type of claim. I am now suing Milton Rowland and I will WIN.

This man will only care for you if you can bring him money. I was told he would take my case pro bono, and then he said he was going to charge me over $600 an hour. He's hung up on me, and had my case for over two weeks, and hadn't filed a thing. I'm very afraid he's trying to "pad" his bill by doing things that aren't necessary. And he hasn't talked to me about what he's doing, so how am I to know????
