Bad experience

I had seen Mr Hemenway work with another family who was in crisis while being stuck in the middle of the red tape with the very "saftey net"/ entities we think are there to help and support our loved ones and I was amazed at his professionalism, honesty and work then. Now that I have had the pleasure of working with him directly I feel nothing I could say is enough to describe how phenomenal he is. Jonas not only made time in his day to address an urgent issue for a new client, he listened patiently and asked questions about important things I was not thinking about at the time; so the situation could be examined thoroughly and steps forward could be taken realistically, even if it means there is nothing we can do. And he was so very kind as well!
