After doing okay business with him for years. He took on a new matter knowing exactly what I was asking for including filing a complaint. He ran up a bill for $900 (which was paid) to essentially make a demand letter and then waited almost a month after I instructed him to file the complaint to tell me he wasn't going to do the work. Might be time to actually retire Rob.

I called for help and he was very rude. It wasnt the information that he provided that was incorrect or offensive in any way, but rather the rude, disrespectful, and dismissive way he said it and then he hung up on me.

Donna Lee Swanson (O’Neill) immediately greeted me in Rob’s office and offered some wonderful hot coffee on a freezing day (something a complete law layperson like me can understand). 😊 ☕️ She is awesome!! There’s a good reason why my dad Cameron and brother Curtis both recommend Rob Rowley. He’s energetic, clear, and just gets it done. I left a message Wednesday morning, and he called me back to schedule an appointment for the next day, amazing!

Rude on the phone. Couldn't finish my sentence before saying "sorry I can't help you have a good day" and hung up. No help or advice or even a reference for who can help.
Edit: after reading other reviews I guess this is a common issue. And has a attitude of "I don't provide free services." You can't know if you can help someone if you don't know what's going on and this guy won't give you the time of day it sounds like.
