I googled real estate lawyer, understanding that I was doing research to gain knowledge of my situation. This gentleman was extremely short on the phone, telling me he doesn't do this type of work. Not courteous or polite at all

I have known and used Robert Rowley for legal Services and advise for over 20 years. As a retired business owner and landlord i find Robert continues to be a valuable and trusted resource. His monthly Legal Roundup is always packed with informative articles and links to a lot of information.

I have had the pleasure of working with Attorney, Rob Rowley, for many years. Rob is truly an outstanding attorney. He is an expert in all areas of business law, trust and estate law, and real estate law. As a skilled litigator, Rob is well known for his proficiency in the courtroom. Rob is quick to understand the complexities of a given case; yet, he can explain complicated issues to clients in a manner they can easily comprehend. Although he has a very busy practice, Rob is prompt in responding to messages and phone calls. Rob is consistently courteous and generous with his time and talents. He is always willing to share information with his colleagues, and he regularly volunteers for worthwhile legal programs. I would recommend him highly!

Every negative review about this attorney that I've read is my experience, EXACTLY. Will definitely not use this firm again. I wish I would have read the Google reviews, instead of here as all of the negative sums up my exact experience with him. Looks like he always has a reason his clients weren't happy. Paid the $400 for a simple fsbo contract (we were the buyers). Turns out the specific verbage we used for how much sellers would assist at closing, held us liable for many thousands over our agreement with the sellers. I guess that there is specific language used when asking sellers to cover part of closing. Luckily, our title company advised us of this incorrect verbage. Clearly, we are just consumers unclear of how things need to be worded legally (which was why we used an attorney). Sadly he just took our sentence and used it. Apparently, per his website, he will only "fill in the blanks" of the contract. Even if something isn't worded right or typical, its outside of the $400 for him to advise, WHATSOEVER. The worst part was after finding out we needed ONE sentence re-worded, which entailed one 5 minute phone call, the change of one sentence and a revised contracted emailed to us (he was also very abrupt, short and hung up on my husband), we received ANOTHER bill for $400!! Because we feared another bill for inquiring about our bill, we just paid it. Very disappointed. UPDATE:Response to his reply below... I did leave him a review on his FBpage soon after the incident. He had the same response to me then as he has to all of his negative reviews. See that review and others on his page. It's always everyone else's fault.

I have never written an on-line review before. Over the last 10 years I have had the Blessing of Attorney Rob Rowley's Counsel for several real-estate complexities, as well as an elder relative's estate. I have experienced Mr. Rowley as prompt, wise, honest and affordable. If anyone could put the "Fish" logo on their practice, it would be this gentleman. Would highly recommend him for his Honesty, Integrity and Insights that both informed and protected us.

I have known Rob Rowley for a few years now and I have always had a pleasant experience. I am a member of LLA here is Spokane and I have heard Robs speak to Landlords and Property Managers about becoming a better PM or LL. Recently I have used Rob for his services with an eviction (of course eviction is the worst part of this industry, but sometimes it cannot be avoided) and it was quick and simple. I also have reached out to Rob for help/support/guidance on a number of occasions and he has always been very knowledgeable and happy to assist. I would highly recommend Rob for his services and expertise in the LL PM Tenant laws here in Spokane. Jen
