Rob was recommended as a no nonsense lawyer could not have been more true. Answered all my question in a way I understood and he has an air of confidence I appreciated I would highly recommend Rob.

He was short and almost hung up on my once he decided he couldn't help me because I'm a Florida resident. I've got property in Spokane so he was wrong but hung up too quick to find out.

Rob was very helpful answering my questions about tax auctions in Washington.

Called and left a message. No reply. Called again and spoke with him. Basically refused to consider any of my questions without being paid and when I tried to outline the nature of my basic question, he interrupted before I could finish and said I don't do that kind of work. Edit: regarding Robert Rowley's response. If he had spent as much time listening to me on the phone as he did composing his response to this review, then I wouldn't have written it. For context, I called another real estate lawyer (not a family lawyer) immediately after speaking with Robert Rowley and this gentleman spent 15 minutes on the phone with me listening to my situation and offering insights. I will be working with this other lawyer.

I have found Rob to be fair, consistent, and very knowledgeable in real estate as well as contract law. Ever willing to help solve any real estate challenge. On top of such great service, Rob regulatory gives back to his community through free educational seminars. After 40 years of real estate involvement, its been very refreshing working with Mr. Rowley. Thank you!

He refused to use our exhibits, our instructions and inflated his bill repeatedly. He claimed to be a litigator but isn't and doesn't know that there are 11 elements to a recordable and valid Washington State real estate contract, not only five. Mr. Rowley stated there are only five elements required for a valid real estate contract, which is incorrect. Mr. Rowley took advantage of my health and that we reside 300 miles away. This case should/would have been dismissed in summary judgment but he drug it out and didn't present what we instructed and agreed upon.

I have used Mr. Rowley on two real estate matters. In both cases he dissected the problem and cut to the heart of the matter. He offered sound solutions and resolved the issues quickly and professionally. He is the only attorney we would use for real estate matters. I highly recommend him.
