As an owners of an independent real estate brokerage in Spokane, Washington my wife and I believe a critical player on our team of professionals is our legal counsel. Robert Rowley has helped us for close to a decade by drafting contracts, processing evictions, providing general legal counsel and even representing us in specific litigation. Beyond being an extremely competent and thorough attorney, Rob takes a very personal interest in us rather than only professional and whatever situation we are working through we have always felt his attention to us an individuals as well as clients. I also very much appreciate his knowledge of the law and how he thinks in advance about possibilities that may arise and addresses them in advance. This last December (2014), his foresight in his eviction paperwork helped us recover over $1000 from a tenant that we were in the process of evicting from the property.

I really wish I had an opportunity to give Rob more than 5 stars. I know I am like many people when I read a review of a business I often do so with some level of skepticism. But I hope that you will take a moment and meet with Rob, it will not take you long to realize that he is an expert, caring attorney that can assist you with all of your business and personal legal needs. He then refers me to who I need to meet with. He is like my general practitioner (family doctor) of law, he knows everything (as far as I am concerned about business legal matters. But he is always comfortable referring me on to another attorney (like when I had an international business matter) when he knows someone else can do better for me.
