We were looking to relocate to the Spokane area from Chicago, and considered building a new house. After Robert looked over the contract with the builder, it was obvious some changes needed to be made. The builder was not willing, so the deal fell through. Thank goodness I contacted Robert - he definitely had our best interest at heart! Will use him again when we finally do relocate!

After making initial contact with Rob Rowly via his website, I heard back in a matter of hours, and he made himself available to meet with me very quickly. He answered all of my preliminary questions about getting into real estate, asset protection, and landlord-tenant law. At the end, he left me with a few free or low-cost resources to assist me in my pursuits. So far, I am very pleased!
