I am a current client of Jason Nelson and I highly recommend him. He kpet me informed even if he didnt have any news he let me know that too. He is extremely knowledgeable, prompt and I believe he really cares about his clients. You will not go wrong hiring Jason Nelson for your child custody!

Jason represented my ex-wife, it was his first case fresh out of Law School. I was so impressed by his knowledge of the case and his doggedness for doing what was best for his client , it was then and there I decided if I ever need an attorney he would be the one I would hire. In the years that have passed, there were times I needed an attorney, during consultation Jason would give me advice, looking out for my best interests. He would say, this is a matter you can take care of yourself and you can save yourself the fees. If you have any question you can call me and I'll get you through this. But if you want my services I will be more than glad to take care of this matter. One day while filing paperwork I ran into a Judge at the courthouse. During the conversation I asked the Judge who he thought would be a good attorney for a matter. The judge responded: "Jason Nelson. He won't waste your time and money. He doesn't waste my time with frivolous actions, like many attorneys do. I wish more attorneys were like him."

His office did not communicate with me on a regular basis through the legal process, I called his office more than not to obtain updates.

Jason is an outstanding individual and an exceptional attorney, one in which I would recommend highly. He helped protect our grandsons in a skilled and knowledgable way. I will forever be grateful for him.

I was first referred to Jason Nelson by a very respected Superior Court Judge. I immediately met with Jason and he has helped me tremendously ever since. This is my first time in a family law case (and hopefully last), and I was extremely nervous. Jason and his assistant, Cheryl, were both very supportive and always there to answer my questions. Jason was straight forward with me, and let me know if he thought the judge would go for what I was asking for or not. He listened well, and knew all of the facts 4 weeks later when we finally saw the judge.
