Updated. I only have to make sure I do reply to their reply on here as I Did send a message online and I did it this way because I have a hard time getting words out right sometimes, writing is easier for most to follow. Now that I know the reason for no reply and since they did take time to reply here, at least, I will update it as such. I hope it goes through correctly this time as I really like the reviews I've read so far. Like I said, as I haven't had enough interaction with them other than, I searched employment law on Google, they came up, I msg'd them, I waited... Days later, Google asked me to rate my interaction with them. Thus, my rating at that time. I rated and reviewed as it applied up until then. I have no way of knowing they never received it. I messaged them instead of calling because it is easier for me to explain it in writing than getting as tongue tied as I get when I'm frusterated. I rated low and in the middle of the night because I'd been being kept awake the last week due to the issues I had written to them about, and I rated as my interaction with them had gone to that point. I raise it for getting a response here, even though the tone was off briefly. But then again, they only seemed to get in on this in the middle of it, even if I wasn't aware of that fact. I'll try starting over. Note: most are aware, but I'll reming... I rarely rate above a 4 as I reserve 5 stars for places that knock me off my feet, so to speak... I have not had enough interaction here, yet. Believe it or not, getting a reply, any reply at this point, is great. I will remove the old shortly when I don't have to be explaining myself as I Had rated... and when this is just started over. I will start it over... Previous review, and "Before" I had heard anything from them at all. . . 2 Stars: I wouldn't know, my experience has been only one sided so far, as I sent them a message online and still have not heard back nearly a week later. I'll keep looking.
