I called around to about 10 different lawyer offices after I got my dui. Some called back quickly some not at all. I received numerous quotes ranging from 2k to 5k for the county case alone, paying separately for the DOL trial. Which most wanted 1-2k for. When I seen the billboard for Cooney Law I figured it would be overpriced and perhaps a large enough outfit they only cared about numbers in court and not the clients outcome but what did I have to lose after some of the quotes I had gotten. So I called real quick. Not only was my call answered immediately, but I was able to sit with Dallas Cooney the next day, free of charge. He looked over the documents I had, listened to my experience then told me how he could help. The price for his office’s services was on the lower end but the service I received made me feel as if I paid up for the best legal team in Spokane. The fee I was charged was a flat rate for the court and DOL trial. The communication was great and any questions I had were answered quickly. My case wasn’t just a number to them, you can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do and they thoroughly went through my case and got me the best result possible, which I believe is all you can ask for when messing up like I did. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again for any legal issue and I’d recommend them to anyone I’m need of legal assistance.

Kelsey Prestesater and Steve Bergman are incredible. I had contracts with a school that I had previously attended that I didn’t feel confident conquering alone. They not only explained the contracts entirety to me, but also ended up negotiating my debt to the school down to half its original price! I couldn’t be more thankful!

They are amazing at what they do. They are kind, very respectful, honestly great to talk to and have an all around great presents to them. What I mean by presents is that it wasn’t all gloomy with them, very upbeat kind of attitude and very optimistic. I didn’t feel uncomfortable or judged by them, and they took the time to understand the situation I was in. Also are very on top of things with quick responses when sent emails. I truly personally have no complaints about this office or the people in it. They handled my case very professionally and timely. They are very good people and glad I had the pleasure to meet them. They handle many different cases and I’ll recommend them to anyone who needs a great lawyer!!! I’ll definitely go to them in the future if needed.
