I worked with both Jim and Jenna, and they made the whole experience as pleasant as it could be considering the circumstances. The staff here are great and easy to work with!

I had a very difficult opposing party and we had to make a new parenting plan. Jenna was patient and realistic. She keep the conversation moving and made progress on the case. Without her, we would have most likely had gone to trial. The office she works in is also very hospitable, making a difficult process as comfortable as possible. This girl gets things done!

I used Rhylee Smith as my attorney and she did a horrible job. She is very good at playing the game. She acts like she cares when she made money off me for doing nothing. Found out through my ex that she is friends with my ex husband's attorney and when I brought it up she was acting like it was nothing when sorry that is a conflict of interest. I fired her because I didn't believe she did good on her part at all. Especially when I told her everything I went through she said by word of mouth I had no evidence but when I talked to a new attorney and other friends who went through similar divorces they all told me I should of gone to court and had a very good case. Did I want the divorce over yes and does court cost money yes and she even told me it would cost so it wasn't worth it but knowing I had a real case and I felt she stole my money yeah not a good feeling and I filed my divorce almost 2 years ago and I almost didn't want to write this report because I don't actually like writing bad reviews but I don't want someone to go through what I went through.

Mark and his team at Twyford Law have worked tirelessly to support my family through a high conflict custody case. Jenna was absolutely amazing. I had an impossible complicated and tragic case. Jenna not only fought for me and my child, she put her heart into my case. She was fierce in trial, and she won my case! She brought my son home! She is an amazing attorney and a beautiful person. She fought tooth and nail for what was right. She is always honest, and will not just tell you what you want to hear. If your looking for a family law attorney, look no further. She is the absolute best.

He intentionally drags his feet to maximize his profit. Slowest process ever. 55 minutes in and he hadn't done anything. Go somewhere else.

when I started I was thrilled with Marks work. I thought they would do the job I asked them to do everything was going as expected and then Mark said he was too busy and quit. I was a month away from my mediation and two months away from my divorce trial.... quality only matters if they don't cut your feet out from under you. Please be warry as they will not meet expectations. When I asked why he was so busy he said that he had so many new accounts come on... seems to me you should be obligated to your current clients but that might just be me. You stated below that I am presenting this falsely. THIS IS TAKEN from your email "Too busy is not an excuse. I am too busy. I had tons of new cases come on board and others take off, and the same time your case went from needing almost no attention except we thought we would maybe resolve it, a single temporary order and then mediation, to emergency hearings and totally messed up situation." Yes a messed up situation... is exactly what you hired to handle. How dare you call me after abandoning my case asking for a better review. Mark Cassell did an excellent job helping me knock down an excessively severe traffic ticket. All staff I spoke to were professional, helpful, and friendly-- and helped put me at ease. What I thought would be a stressful hearing and potentially losing my license was turned into no big deal and a small fine by this qualified team.
