No pressure attorney. Extremely good results. If you need assistance with legal matters Matt is the way to go. I'll never go to another attorney and will refer only him from now on.

Matt is a damned good attorney and more important than that, he's an excellent human being. Finding an attorney who genuinely understood my daughter and who was interested in how SHE felt is an enormous gift. I can't say enough about this guy. I suspect he turns down far more cases than he takes on and if you're blessed enough to have him represent you, you can trust that it's because he believes in you and what you're out to accomplish.

When I have an insurance issue (or personal injury/tort) from my clients (I only do hourly work), I don’t hesitate to refer them to Mr. Albrecht to get the best settlement or trial if necessary. I was a party to a lawsuit against the state of Washington, DSHS, Children's Adminjistration, relating to issues impacting Native American social workers. These issues were longstanding systemic and discriminatory mistreatment which resulted in disparate and negative outcomes for Indian social workers and the Indian families and children assigned to them. The problems caused by this disparate mistreatment manifested in inequitable caseload assignments for Indian social workers resulting in poorer outcomes for Indian children and families. With the assistance of Matt Albrecht and his partner, George Ahrend, and after 7 days of trial which ended in a mistrial caused by the state's counsel, we were able to negotiate a successful settlement. Matt and George were committed, conscientious, and tenacious against a very large agency with a long history of obfuscation and delaying tactics. I have and will contintue to recommend Matt and George to others experiencing employment discrimination.
