Set up an over the phone consultation with one of your attorneys. Phone call happened at 3:00 pm today 10/11. The most unprofessional display of potential representation I have encountered. Child support is the main concern of mine as the state has requested a review due to my child’s mother’s seeking state assistance due to her late husband’s passing. the attorney I spoke to had enough audacity to say she doesn’t do “pro Bono” work. I had $13,000 set aside for your company as a retainer when the ask was $4,500. Complete trash from your attorney for that comment. Avoid this company at all costs. Way better options that don’t rush to judgment. Will update with attorneys name once I call back tomorrow to confirm who I spoke with. Terrible terrible terrible. Avoid avoid avoid

I was so stressed out until our first meeting. David Yando eased my mind and made it less stressful and scary for me. There were other places that were cheaper but I’m glad I went with my instincts.

I would highly recommend working with James Banks. The insurance company I was dealing with was giving me the eternal runaround and my case wasn't the easiest to prove. James quickly digested a lot of complex details and secured a settlement. He then advised me on the options for moving forward and went back to the insurance company and secured the projected maximum settlement. He went above and beyond for me and I could not be happier. Absolutely Horrible….we paid Desmond $10k just to help us fight paying POST secondary child support to a money hungry, lazy ex who spends her money on Botox and hair extensions, chooses not to work, has received tens of thousands of dollars from unemployment and hasn’t made a house payment in two years! Yet still accuses us of being the bad guys. Desmond’s communication was poor to say the least - no communication for weeks - no returned phone calls or emails, adding stress to a stressful situation. Desmond pushed out our court date just to get paid more. Now we’re out $10,000 AND paying for what should have been $0…he did nothing, $10k for his stamp on a paper. We chose him based off great reviews but all must have been bogus, just like the his confidence and appearance of reassurance during the initial consultation. We hate Washington State and would NEVER refer Desmond to anyone - even if he has 40 blah, blah years of experience. To top it off, now she’s taking us back to court for it all again and asking for documents we gave Desmond multiple times, yet he never submitted to the court.

David was great to work with he made the process less stressful. He was easy to get a hold of and returned calls quickly.
