Brett Wittner is the only attorney I have sent people to for the last 20+ years when it comes to bankruptcy. His fees are the lowest I’ve seen with no less professionalism. Brett takes interest and understands how easy it is to get into situations so you don’t leave feeling like a loser. I will forever refer him to people and will always continue using him myself if need be. I consider Brett a friend/family and that’s how he treats my family. Working with Brett was a very easy, smooth process. Even when we threw obstacles at him he was quick to offer us our options, his advice, full understanding of our concerns and a quick solution. After interviewing a few attorneys regarding our potential Bankruptcy filing, we went with Brett as he was very honest and upfront on expectations. He guided us through all options for us to consider, and once we decided we had to move forward with a Bankruptcy, Brett and his team provided excellent service. They were timely in all communication and we had our case closed within the timelines he told us at the beginning of the process.

They always kept us in the loop and were very calming & helpful when we had concerns or questions. At a time when I felt financially vulnerable and was losing all hope to be able to move forward in life in making long term financial plans, I can really say that Mr. Wittner came to my rescue! Brett has helped us through chapter 13 bankruptcy and I am shocked how helpful and supportive he has been. He responds in a timely manner and if for some reason cannot will let you know, he knows his stuff, he doesn’t sugar coat the process but he cares and is compassionate. I have had a couple of freak outs and he handled them well. He has led us in the right direction with information and made the process actually very smooth.

Earlier this year a situation came up that was way beyond me alone. I must have called 7 different places looking for advice. Each one was quickly adding up numbers that had me honestly scared. I cant overstate how helpful Brett was. Amazing work ethics, he was straight forward about what my options were and which he would recommend. Id like to add that he actually kept me from going bankrupt!!! You can clearly see that it's not about money but whats best for you, and honestly you just cant beat that, in a lawyer or any businessmen.

Great firm! Very patient with all our questions and answered them clearly in a way that we could understand. Took care of all our problems. We had a large number of liens on our property that normally cost $200 a lien to remove. There were so many it would have cost us somewhere around $4000. He told us that would be "unconscionable" to charge us that much and charged us at a reduced fee. Thank you for a great experience (if bankruptcy ever is a great experience)!!

Mr. Wittner and staff are helpful, understanding and non judgmental. filling bankruptcy can be embarrassing. For lack of better words "Brettt's got your back" He is efficient, affordable and saved my financial future. Since hiring him two years ago for bankruptcy court, I have reached out to him twice regarded completely unrelated legal issue. Witch he via email consulted me on for free. I think hes an awesome guy, who most importantly, can be trusted.
