In trying to save our home from foreclosure, we met with two attorneys who made us feel that all was lost. Just give up and let it be. They also encouraged us to pay the fees for them to try with no guarantee. However, we decided to look again and came in contact with Mr Wittner. On our first meeting with him, he explained everything to us and for the first time, we felt very hopeful that there was actually someone who can help us save our home. He took us through the bankruptcy process successfully. He is extremely knowledgeable and diligent in what he is doing. In my opinion, he is a lawyer who is very passionate about his work and takes a lot of pride in what he is doing. He made sure that our matter was submitted in a timely manner and was always open to answering all our questions. His service was also less expensive than the other pessimistic lawyers. I recommend him highly as he is very honest and I believe that money does not take precedent over the excellent quality of his work. I felt he treated us very kindly and understood our situation and worked to ensure we receive the most desirable outcome. When our matter was settled, we felt that we paid very little for the excellent service we got in return. At no time did we regret choosing him as our bankruptcy lawyer.

Brett Wittner made my experience of going through a bankruptcy easier and less stressful than I thought possible. Making the decision to "give up" wasn't an easy one for my wife & I. The last thing anyone wants to do is admit they've made some very poor financial decisions. Brett had a custom Chapter 13 put forth to align with our budget and in doing so really worked with us and more than anything he LISTENED. He informed us of what to expect and walked us through possible options - what a novel idea. If you want a professional law firm who is timely on their appointments, down-to-earth and straight forward, this is the law firm for you. If you want assembly line law firms then look elsewhere. Brett's firm is in a class in of itself. Period.

Brett and team have been wonderful to work with. We started out with a different attorney, and our experience was terrible. From taking over our mess of a case to correspondence back and forth, its been a seamless transition.
