I started my process February 2024. My discharge date was August 2024 every step of the way there was paralegal or staff member to walk me through the process . Any questions or concerns that I may have, they offer payment plans as well so once your payment is made in full, they start the process. They do everything for you. The only thing you have to do is give them what you owe and take your counseling classes and show up to court, I would choose them again. Before reaching out to them, I tried to start the process on my own. But I do feel like they were the best choice for me

I am very happy with the service with Dominic Majors Law Group. His staffs and the legal teams are very professional and very helpful with my bankruptcy case. Even though the fee is a flat fee but they always inform me the update status from day 1 until the case is closed. The process was very smooth and easy.

I'm not out of the woods of being free from financial burdens and responsibilities. But after filing bankruptcy I'm in a way better place now then where I was nine months ago. They were very rude to me they and they didn't want me to call them and ask questions attorney is threatening very rude and has a temper so I canceled they owe me $2000 it's been 3 weeks still have not seen my refund.i called left message for Dominic majors not calling me back no response looks like I will have to report him to the bar association for theft and misconduct and /or take him to claims court to get my monet back that does not belong to majors it's my money I would advised anybody to stay away from majors and gave me the wrong information about my house to the bank and I could of lost my house because of it I found out from my new attorney.stay away from these people there rude and possibly criminals it's been 3 weeks and they have not refunded my money.

The military "justice" system has become a weapon to push political agendas, DEI, and other social experiments. While most servicemen are patriots, a minority of troublemakers will exploit grievance systems when they are being held accountable. It does not matter if you are right or wrong - you will be flagged, investigated, and have your career put on hold for baseless allegations. You can love the military, but it's not going to love you back, it will leave you behind in an effort to protect itself. Working with Jocelyn I could tell that she takes pride in her work and defending her clients - she is a genuine person and cares about people. She is a bright, intelligent, and passionate litigator, and I highly recommend her.
