I have known the principals in this firm for over 20 years. Initially, and in many similar cases, Spencer and I represented opposing parties. During that time, I found Spencer to be very professional and an amiable opponent. After those many cases were resolved, I invited Spencer to join me to co-represent parties in two major lawsuits I was handling. Our mutual respect grew and, at a later time when I needed representation in a personal matter, I had absolutely no hesitation about hiring Spencer to represent me. Martin was fantastic. He helped me understand exactly what I needed to do and when I needed to do it without using a bunch of legal jargon that I didn't understand. He was also friendly, kind and fairly priced.

After being hit head-on by a drunk driver (of course, he had no insurance and zero assets), We were referred to Freeman Law. Kimberly Freeman came to the trauma unit within an hour of me calling her! She patiently waited for me to give her info, she was comforting and reassured us that we wouldn't lose everything to pay for hospital bills. It was such a relief to know they handled all forms and proceedures for medical expenses and I only had to worry about my husband who spent three days in the trauma unit, 14 days in ICU, had surgery and another 3 days of care before being released from hospital. Needless to say the cost of just medical was SEVERAL $100000! Kimberly and her paralegal, Amera, were in close contact with us for eight months. All of our medical bills were paid through the avenues they knew. We were even able to cover other related expenses, got full payment from our insurance on totaled truck, and disability payments to cover all recovery time off work, plus a nice settlement payoff.
