From the time I entered their office I was treated with respect and caring people who wasn't just caring about how much they was getting but my well being. Logan kept in touch with me making sure I was doing alright and if there was anything I needed. Ms.Katie was very patient with me even when I would call more than a few times a week. I am at lost for words when it comes to Kim she took the time to understand what I really needed for my recovery from the first meeting to the last I could not have asked for a better team than the one I had at Freeman law Firm. Before New Years of 2023, I had no experience pursuing legal action, no idea where to begin in doing so, & was admittedly intimidated with lawyers in general. If this sounds like you, then I urge you to call Freeman Law immediately. You won’t regret you did. My Freeman Law Firm experience: I truly can not begin express the depths of my gratitude for Freeman Law. Other firms didn’t want to take my case because it appeared that the at-fault party was uninsured & that I was under-insured. But Freeman took me in & quickly found the at-fault party was in fact insured after all. This team settled 2 car accident cases for me in the last year, (both of which tragically up rooted my entire life) & they expertly negotiated payouts for both that far exceeded anything I anticipated. Over the course of the 16 months we worked together, they met me with far more empathy & compassion than I ever expected. My 1st case was messy & complicated from the very beginning, & my 2nd incident (a hit & run) only added more strain & difficulty to everything. But to say that Freeman Law worked diligently, or swiftly even, are severely limiting adjectives to describe the ways in which Kimberley & her team handled my case. I was set up with the finest facilities to address my injuries, & always felt the number one concern of everyone involved was my recovery, my safety, & my stability. Amera regularly & consistently checked in with me to provide updates, & to check in with how I was doing. I can not count how many times I had to report how badly I was struggling physically & financially after both accidents, some times quite literally sobbing over the phone with her. I was riddled with shame & embarrassment about struggling to keep a job & a roof over my head this past year because of the injuries that I’d sustained in both incidents. I faced multiple periods of housing & food insecurity as a result, & struggled to focus on my physical rehabilitation as a result, which was of deep concern for this team. Both Kim & Amera dissuaded my shame, & tirelessly worked to provide me with the resources & the aid I needed at every turn. They handled settling my cases with the urgency my circumstances demanded, while also remaining very strategic with their negotiating approach. It was honestly amazing to witness. In one case, this team received an initial offer of the maximum amount available to pay out to me. In the other Kim negotiated an increase of several thousand dollars than the initial offer received. The amount of which was exactly enough on its own to settle the debt I had accumulated this past year. Even when both my cases had finally settled & I only had a few days left before my checks could be mailed to me, the team was informed of my current urgency to maintain my housing & expeditiously issued me a portion of my funds in order for me to do so. And with absolutely no hesitation on their part to do so because again, my well being was their utmost concern ALWAYS. I owe them a debt of gratitude that I could never repay & will recommend them endlessly. They achieved more than simply providing me a healthy pay day. They gave me back my peace, my stability, & my freedom. All of which has been truly priceless. Tonight I plan to sleep more soundly than I ever have before. Thank you Freeman Team for EVERYTHING.
