When my 19 year old son received two traffic tickets within a 2 week period I felt panicked that our car insurance rate would raise exponentially. We contact Martin Duenhoelter's office and asked for their help. It was well worth the money (and yes, my son paid for the cost), to have Martin Duenhoelter represent us in court. One of the tickets was dismissed outright. The other took some negotiating. My son had to take a defensive driving course, which he incidentally has stated has helped his driving overall, before the 2nd ticket was reduced to a non-moving violation. Our insurance rate wasn't raised and our son learned to be a better driver. Well worth the money.

Buddy of mine retained this firm. After multiple continuinces and delays, they worked out a plea deal that involved him spending some time in county jail (which he accepted). On several occasions after starting to serve his sentence, he asked me to get info to his lawyer and/or the paralegal for next steps. However, no action has been taken for weeks now. It is as if once beyond the plea deal, they washed their hands of my buddy & his case. I don't know if this is normative or accepted behavior, but from the outside looking in, their performance has been less than inspiring. Based on my personal interactions, I wouldn't be able to recomend them.

This man is by far the best attorney I have ever hired. I have never seen an attorney walk into a court room, say nothing, sit down, and watch his presence dominate the room. The prosecutor and Judge change tone and inflection when he speaks. He has no hesitation in his address to the court about your situation. The prosecutor stopped mid sentence when Michael spoke out as if he had made a mistake. The main point throughout my situation is that Michael was direct and confident. He never one time said to me I don't know, only, I'm the best at what I do " Do you know what I Like to do more than anything? I Like to fight! ".With me you will have the best outcome. I would highly recommend Mike for your legal needs. He is a straight shooter, and takes care of his clients. We came to Mike with our livelihood on the line and he really came through for us. We could not see any light at the end of the tunnel, but Mike was able to see the bigger picture and walk us through the challenges. I am with my family today due to his hard work and determination.

He's a checker player at a chess game... dont hope for much, I've had better representation from a Public Defender lawyer. Lost my 3 boys because he has no energy or focus... probably great at Estate and Probate, just not family law.

Rob wasn't at an appointment I had with him, he said he contacted me but he didn't thus wasting my time causing case delay. Another meeting he refused to see me but later did and said he thought I was someone else on his case load. He had track record of not being on point. Perhaps there are better attorneys to represent you.

Kim is an amazing human being. In my experience no one likes to be in a position to need a lawyer. In my case I had gotten to that point. The professionalism and genuine love for her industry and the passion to help others is a gift that not everyone possesses. She is truly a person that takes the time to understand and help you understand the importance of looking from the outside in.
