My wife was cited for speeding in a school zone in the town of Morton Washington mid July 2019 at 5 PM on a Sunday. At a reasonable fee Martin was able to negotiate with the town attorney to a non-moving violation of "expired tabs" at a much lower cost than the original $296 fine and the avoidance of years of inflated insurance premiums. We were pleased that Martin didn't just take our money and "phone" the case in. He really stepped up for us and faced a town judge with a reputation for being difficult to deal with. Beth his assistant was also very prompt and communicative with us from our first point of contact. Hope we won't need their services again any time soon but they'll be on speed dial!

An uncommon man among uncommon men, is the only statement that adequately describes Mr. Michael Austin Stewart. Personally, I have only ever had true and absolute faith in the capacity of one attorney out of the many I have retained and that was over a decade ago.
